Sorry I'm bad by Titbelsoeur

Hi There !
To give a background to this goth girl from Sal's site here : https://www.slslines.com/I have colored with pencils, I have used a monoprinted page and retrieved the text from a magazine with adhesive tape. Some graveyard stenciled in black, and here is my AJ page :

Chill Out....

Hi Everyone!

Sharing a large journal page creation today using a fun image from the store "Goth Girl with Striped Leggings" - just love this image - so great to colour and create this page with!

You can find her in one of 2 places - at the Etsy Store or Sal's New Website along with all the other amazing images, clipart and even fun workshops!

To create my page background I added strips of old book pages randomly over the page -my page was already pink from using up some paint from another creation!!
I then added texture paste through a 12 x 12 stencil to create the squares.
Once that was dry - or almost dry because I get impatient and just want to start on the next process - I used several colours of water soluble wax pencils to colour the squares randomly then spritzed with water and rubbed in with my finger.
I wanted the squares to have a shadowy look so I used more of the wax pastels in black and browns and drew borders around each square, spritzed again and used my trusty finger again!
To add a bit more depth I used a couple of Kaisercraft texture stamps with archival ink to add the graffiti look lettering and splodges!
Finally I fussy cut the copic coloured image and adhered to the page and added a bit of charcoal pencil and black wax pastel to the image to blend her into the page.
Finally added the "chill out" stickers and the page is done!!

Love how this turned out!!!

Stay tuned to this blog for more DT inspiration and also check out our current challenge for a chance to win some images from the store!!

Feeling Whimsical.......

Hi Everyone

I'm here today to share a journal page made with one of last month's new releases "Goth Girl with Fish Balloons" - a popular image among the team as you have seen a few inspirational post with her as the feature - but she is such a great gal to colour and create with!

My journal page background is done with a variety of homemade stencils using my Cameo Silhouette, Silhouette files and Overhead Transparency Sheets to cut the stencils. I used all brands of acrylic paints to keep adding layers of paint and stencil patterns.

I wrote the "Whimsical" wording with a little applicator I filled with black paint and a bit of fluid medium to thin it and make it flow through the nozzle.
Image coloured with copic markers using some of my fav colours which includes shades of pink of course!!

Make sure you check out our current challenge, the store for all the great images and our Facebook Group for happenings!!

Happy crafting!

Cute Goth Girl with Teddy - Inspiration from Maureen

Good morning! It's Maureen here to share my Inspiration with you for April! I have coloured the 'Cute Goth Girl with Teddy' image using Promarkers and have coloured the background here too.
My papers are 12x12" Scrapbook papers from Stampin' Up which I've cut down for use on a C5 card blank. I fussy cut a frame from the center of one of the papers to use as the main embellishment for the card. I've used other papers from the same set and added a Martha Stewart rosette and some die cut bats and spiders.
Thanks for looking!
