December Inspiration with Susan

Today I am sharing my December SLSLines Inspiration. And I'm trying to start off the almost New Year with using scraps! I've created this card using all scraps. And I have a ton of them that need to be used! So, my New Year's Resolution is going to be to use more scraps! I need to get rid of some.

For my December Inspiration I have used Nature Goddess which you can find in the SLSLines Etsy Shop. I have colored her with my Copic Markers and done a bit of decoupage. I've used several different Spellbinders dies on this card and I believe the border die is from My Favorite Things. I also added some pink floss and the small pink butterfly charm. There is a gem in the center of the circle, gems on the butterfly and a couple of flowers. The sentiment is a Paper Smooches stamp.

Copic Markers Used:
  • Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, E13
  • Hair: YR00, YR04, YR07, YR09, E09
  • Leaves: YG01, YG05, YG09
  • Flowers: R32, R35, R37
  • Lips: R20, R22

Bettina here today to show you my december inspiration project today. I've used Nature Goddess and created this autumnal inspired card:

For the card I've used some design leftovers and I've been given lace and flowers for a friend and these came in handy here. I decided that I would go with butterflies and all yellow and greens. She's coloured with my promarkers.

When I work on my coloring
my thoughts were between Christmas (it's soon now)

Faery with Mask - Crafting Vicky

Hello everyone!  I'm here to share with you a little card that I made with the great image Fairy with mask.  It's not a Christmas image but I gave it a Christmas feel.

I wanted you guys to see how we could turn a regular image into a Christmas one :)

I went with some non traditional Christmas colors since this is a non traditional Christmas image.

And here's a closer look at the great digi that I colored with my copics.
So what do you think?!?  Does she look Christmasy with all the blue tones?  If you want more details on the making of this card please come and check out my blog.

Calavera Girl Day of the Dead with Maureen

For my project today I have chosen the Calavera Girl Day of the Dead image and coloured her with Promarkers. I am unsure what the DP is as it was part of a prize package. The view finder is a Sarah Hurley cut file from the Silhouette Studio. The rosette is Martha Stewart and the card is finished with some black pearlescent candi.
