SLS Lines Design Team Call!

Hello folks! Sal and the SLS Lines Design Team are looking for 2-4 new designers to join our little team to help promote the SLS Lines images and brand.
Here are the terms of the DT Call and what we're looking for from you.
We hope you'll get in touch and look forward to hearing from you.


Requirements:

• Have an active blog and Facebook - our DT Group is on Facebook.
• Commit to creating 3 projects each month: 1 "Inspiration", 1 for our monthly challenge and 1 for the month New Release post.
• Projects are due in the DT photo albums two days prior to the blog publication.
• Be able to take good clear photos of your work.
• Be able to colour competently - we're not looking for perfection.
• Promote the shop on Facebook and other social networks if possible.
• Be able to comment on selected challenge entries and projects posted in our public FB group.

What we offer you:

• A badge to be proudly shared on your blog.
• Your choice of images from the SLS Lines store for your projects.
• An enthusiastic dt group and new friends to make.
• New Release images for your projects.

If you are interested, this is what we ask you:

• To be a follower of this SLS Lines blog.
• Have a link to this blog on your blog sidebar.
• Link below to - either a short blog post showcasing your favourite recent projects and a short statement about why you want to join the team.

This call DT is opened until August 30th. 

After this date, Sal and the team will discuss applicants and we will be in touch asap.

August Inspiration from Susan R

Hi it's Susan R here again with another inspiration for you...

Today I chose to spotlight the Sun - sunshine image in the Etsy Store.

August is my holiday month - so I am looking for a bit of sun!!

Anyway I coloured this with Promarkers and made a little ATC...

Handmade? Hand Maid? with Love.....

Hello Everyone

 

Just so excited to share a new release "semi-nude" guy - a perfect match for the nude colouring gals I have been creating with! He's available now at the store so pop over and nab him whilst you can - I know I would have him clean my house!

 

 

A fun card made with this image and one of the nude gals. I layered some patterned paper (from the JonyRama Etsy Store) with black card as a base, added some muslin cloth along with cut outs from my Silhouette and lastly I added the coloured digi stamps!

 

Always such great images released every month at the SLS Lines Store!

Sweep me off my feet!

Here's another one of the new releases from SLS Lines this month, click here to see him in the store.  Isn't he a hunk?  I know I might hire a maid if more of them looked like he did.  I took a fun sentiment that used to say "you sweep me off my feet" and changed it to just say "Sweep me OFF my feet!"  I am guessing no matter which way this man is sweeping, the housewife is going to be happy!  We were laughing about it on Facebook and my comment was, I just wish my husband would dress like this and clean the house.  I think everyone else just said that they wished their husbands would clean ANYTHING.

Cute Goth Girl

Here's a great image from SLS Lines today.  They are sponsoring a wonderful challenge and I hope you will all go over and play using some SLS Lines stamps for your chance to win at the Monday Greetings challenge over at Outlawz.  The challenge is Anything Goes.  This fun image I used below is called Cute Goth Girl with Teddy Bear.  I added a funny 2 part sentiment from Riley & Co.  I just love the cute little skulls in her hair, so I had to add some fun skull die cuts everywhere and go with the creepy cute them of the image of course, I did color her smile using Warm Grey copic markers.

Isn't she adorable?  There's so many other fun images over at SLS Lines, but also so beautiful fairies, some lovely Christmas images and  other great digi papers and coloring books to check out.  Play along over the the Outlawz Challenge this week and win some digi stamps from SLS Lines!
