Bella Journal Page

Hi Everyone!

Sharon here with an "inspiration" post for you to start the month off with a little "daring"!!!

A few months ago I shared another "nude" image available at the store and I hadn't used this gorgeous gal so a perfect excuse to create something a little "risqué" for my post today!

Remember you can purchase 2 of the nude images from the store or if you want the set the "colouring book" is available for you to nab!!!
Lots of wonderful & tasteful ladies to create with!

These days I tend to do more creating on my journals than anything else - it allows me to experiment more with mixed media.

This page uses some of "Tim Holtz's " Tissue paper as the background - really love this design! I did a bit of a wash over it with thinned down acrylic paint, "spotted" the page with black paint and then added the digi which I coloured with Copic Markers. I also cut the "Bella" wording from my Silhouette and added to the bottom of the page. It's a bit hard to see but she is "sitting" on a piece of black mesh netting just to finish the page off!

Make sure you are a follower at the Etsy Store so you can keep up to date with all the wonderful and inspiring new images and also here at the Blog where the DT share their creations!!

Happy Creating!!

Tired mom and pretty girl :)

Hello.

Today I have a new card for you :) On the front side I have used 'Tired mom' and on the back side I have used 'Pretty girl'.

Do also remember to join the challenge at SLS this month - you still have some time :)

April inspiration from Susan R...

Hi it's Susan R here again with another inspiration for you...

Look at this great Jester image in the Etsy Store.

A Jester is a professional clown employed to entertain a king or nobleman in the middle ages. Also referred to as a fool, buffoon or clown. The Medieval jesters of the Middle Ages can be compared to the circus clowns of today.

As it is All Fools' Day today I thought I would use this 'fool' on a tag

There are more details on my blog here

Hope it will inspire you to join in the latest Challenge...

Happy Crafting!

Celebrate!

Here's an awesome image from SLS Lines.  I totally love this artist's images.  This digi stamp is called Goth Girl with Heart Balloons.  I used some embossed stitched cardstock in the background and some sanded cardstock from Doodlebug as the card base.  Just had to add black flowers since she's a goth girl.

Check out the SLS Lines store on Etsy (click here).  Did you know we are having a challenge?  There's still two weeks left, so join in the fun with us!  drop by HERE and play.

Cheers, Holley

'Book Lover' - Inspiration from Maureen

Good morning! It's Maureen here with my inspirational project for March. I have coloured up the 'Book Lover' image using Promarkers and pencils and fussy cut her out.
My card base and sentiment were both cut on my Cameo using Silhouette store files. The DP is from Craftwork Cards Velvet Plum collection and I've cut matching flowers on the Cameo too. I've finished with some Card Candi.
thanks for looking!

March Inspiration - Robot

Today I'm sharing my inspiration post for SLSLines Digital Stamps!!  I hope you all are joining us for the challenges!! Here is my inspiration:

I had so much one making this card, but even more fun coloring the image! I colored the image with my Faber-Castell Polychromos. I wanted to have him with some spots of rust. I layered him a bit too! I popped up several pieces of him.. hopefully the photos will show you! And I thought I would add a bunch of gears on the card! So I created this fun card from a Silhouette Cameo cut. I used some really old papers that I had. I'm not even sure who made them!!  All the gears were cut from Spellbinders and My Favorite Things dies. I added blue gems to parts of the gears. I also added some metal gears that I found in Michaels in the jewelry section. A bunch of metal gears.. I couldn't resist! The Happy Birthday is stamped from a Paper Smooches Stamp. I really hope you enjoy him!!  I think he is such a GREAT ROBOT!!! Be sure to grab him from SLSLines Digital Stamps Shop!!
