Halloween Pinup

Here's an awesome image from SLS Lines.  I totally love this artist's mix of beautiful and quirky images.  This fun image is Halloween Pinup, pretty witch on a pumpkin.  How gorgeous is she?  I added a wonderful sentiment from Henry David Thoreau "I'd rather sit alone on a pumpkin and have it all to myself than be crowed on a velvet cushion."

Hello everyone!I'm showing you a non typical Easter card :)  I love those type of image and had great fun making this  Grumpy Easter Bunny.

Because it was a non typical image... I went with non typical colors as well.

And here's a closer look at the great digi that I colored with my copics.

So what do you think?!?  Does he look evil enough?!?  I sure wouldn't want those eggs lol If you want to know more on how I did this please come and check out my blog.

Hi SLS Lines Followers!

 

Sharon here again sharing another inspiration creation for March.

 

Have you seen this great "Book Lover Digital Stamp" available at the Store?

I love books & reading although these days I do more crafting and stamping than reading LOL!

 

I couldn't resist using the quote by R.D. Cumming:

 

"A good book has no ending."

 

 

I used old book pages and text tissue paper on the background of my page.

I added some Dylusions Sprays, acrylic paint and a alphabet stamp to complete the background of the page. 

The "Book Lover" image was printed on card and coloured with Copic Markers and fussy cut and mounted at the bottom of my page on top of a little pre printed ATC sized card.

To finish off I printed the wording and adhered to the page.

Susan R's Inspiration Project for March

Hi there! It's Susan R here today with another inspiration piece for you...

I have used Book Lover digital Stamp coloured with Promarkers.

I used nesting ovals to cut an embossed frame to surround her:

I often make ATCs and then feature them on larger cards.

I made this Bookworm ATC recently with a view to teaming it up with this super SLS image.

As you can see I used the same DP on this ATC to mat the square white card blank:

The 3 dimensional book embellishment I picked up in Abu Dhabi

 and has been waiting a suitable occasion to be used!

It will not be long before you see the next 'New Releases'

 but just to remind you of the good things you can find at SLSLines

Mr DIY Summer Bloom Paper Pack.

I've been playing at Donna Downey's "Inspiration Wednesday 2015" and this double page spread is inspired by the latest Wednesday lesson. I couldn't resist making a stencil with the "I am Woman" wording - I thought it was a perfect match for the nude image. I love playing with paint, inks and texture paste!
